Have you heard of this software called Cell Spy Arsenal that allegedly can spy on ANY cell phone in the world WITHOUT having to install any software on the target cell? You may Google to find out the address of this site. Please let me know the genuineness of this site or software.

Havnt heard of it.
Why in the world would you wanna spy another phone?
Thats invasion of privacy,although if you have a girl that cheats it might be a cool software but i think there are laws against it,or is there none?
