First of all, start discussions which are constructive and not those which just have one sentence or line. Often, these types of discussions can be expected to get no response from the original starter. On Mylot, you can also do tasks which involves you to sign up for offers, find youtube videos, write articles and stuff. You can also use Mylot's search bar and search as you normally would.
