DotA- Lanaya- Templar Assasin... i need some help to play this hero well

I also use this hero and I often win using it. The build for items that I usually give her are treads followed by vanguard because she does have a really low life. Then as I start to attack I will start building cuirass starting from the armors to protect her. Only those three items for me is enough to dominate the game. You can still add items to her to increase her damage like deso or try to protect yourself from magic. Additional items would probably be depending on the situation. I actually consider Lanaya as item independent, you just have to use her skills well. I can already harass her enemies having only treads and vanguard. -)

well what kind of a player are you, i have so many play types on how you can use this character

Treads, bottle, 2 wraith bands. Then go for either a desolator or blink dagger. Then after that get the item which you did not get previously. As for luxury items there are many options. I like Buriza.
