How to setup a free wifi hotspot?

Anyone, help me please. I just want to set up a free wi-fi hotspot in a restaurant Business but i want the users to have to accept the terms and conditions before they can use the internet i also want to limit there quota to 100mb per session is there any free router firmware that can do this and if so what router can it be used on? I don't think you can set a limit, but why do you want to do that anyway? You should just set a password and change it daily.

It for support my business, I just want my costumer can enjoy a hotspot service for a limited time, as long as they still at my shop (+/- 30 minutes), but its not for free, so I need to set the time.

Hello! You can use a password for your router..in this way you'll not provide free wifi to entire street lol,but for limit per session,I think is hard to do it,as long as your router is open...maybe you can limit time spend on pc! I hope my answer help you. Happy lotting!
