laptop is the father netbook is the mother and tablets are their siblings.hehehe.. laptop is a powerful device and can do almost everything that a desktop can do. netbook is a smaller version of a laptop and less powerful. they design it to do simple task like surf the net and make office document. tablet is more portable version of the two. and i think tablets is going to be the next big thing. almost all of the big electronics companies are scrambling to make their own tablet to get some piece of the market..

Laptops and notebooks are the same, actually. You can think of them as movable desktops, only much smaller and easier to carry about. Netbooks on the other hand are mini-notebooks. It doesn't have as many features as a laptop, and it's meant to be a way for you to be connected without carrying a heavy laptop.

Well, of course the size and the specifications. Loptops have much higher specification than notebooks.

Laptop is the same as notebook, a portable computer. Netbook is the smaller version of notebook. It does not have optical drive, and made specifically for internet and simplicity.
