In my company, we can take a nap after the lunch. It take about 30 minutes. I think it's very good. We'll be more strong to work in afternoon. How about you? Do you like to hav a nap at your office?

A nap is a power booster, indeed! But, I rarely take a nap. During breaks, I log on to MyLot.

I only log on to Mylot in my free time between working time. If I don't take a nap, I'll be tired on the evening and I can't study or doing any things.

Good day to you tkonlinevn, We only have a half an hour break. As soon as the time reach to our breaktime, I need to move on quickly to have my lunch. And since the breaktime is quite short, I need to take my lunch swiftly then I will take a nap at least to have a rest. And be strong for the rest of the day. Have a nice day.

Good for you. We can't do that in our office since we are open to service clients from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm. No lunch break for clients. Frontliners are to take luch one after the other. It's really good to have a nap even for 30 minutes. We will be recharged after that.

Unfortunately in our company we can't do so. But in my view in office you can't nap. It is the place for work right. Furthermore condition in office is not perfect for napping.

Some of my colleagues do that here in our 'office' even though there is a double deck bed in it. They would often take a nap before work, not within working hours. I guess they just do that because they are tired earlier or some of them have part time jobs elsewhere so, catching some sleep before their work here is indeed practical..

When I was working in a company, I would take my lunch early, praid, and took a nap for 30 to 45 minutes. It was great, but unfortunately not many could recognize the benefits. Some of my friends asked me why I could work again with good spirit after 1PM. I told them it was because my energy was replenished during my nap.

actually it's okay to take a nap in the office during break time but not many people do that, it just doesn't feel comfortable anyway.... well even if they provided beds for naps, i think a lot of people won't enjoy it here..........

No, I am not allowed to do it where I work, so I don't. If I was allowed to do it, I would be very happy to though!

Here in our office, we do eat our lunch at our 10AM break for 15 minutes so that the 50-minute lunch break can be spent taking a nap. During this lunch break, all lights are also turned off inside the workplace of our office as a part of our cost cutting program. It's really nice to take a nap I don't do it during breaks because I don't feel comfortable after I wake up. I often feel dizzy if I take a nap at daytime so I only sleep once a day and that was at nights. I spend the long lunch break logging in MyLot or sometimes watch anime. -)
