having ME time

how many ways could you think to relax? how much time would you spend to spend to just get out of your ways to be happy? when everything is not going your way, or when you're just simply pissed at arrogant and boorish people, how would you handle the situation? how would you detached yourself from such negativity to enjoy life better? will a cold glass of beer do you good? chat and hangout with friends? walk out of the situation? tell me i need a friend today.

You want to know how to relax? How about deep breathing exercises? How about going for a long walk? How about some pleasant music? How about doing something with some good friends? How about reading some good spiritual material? How about spending some time in prayer? How about going for a swim? How about climbing a mountain? Have you tried any of these?
