Sad news. 2 year old boy beaten to death...

I was listening to the radio this morning and i heard some very sad news about a little 2 year old boy who was abused and beaten to death by his parents in brooklyn, new york. I couldnt believe my ears. Whats worst is that the neighbors actually heard the little boys screams while he was being beaten and didnt do a thing! How could something so gruesome happen? What kind of people do this to children? I have younger siblings and nieces and nephews and i cant imagine anyone hurting them. i think the parents of this little boy should be put in prison for life. I hate that this innocent little boy had parents like them. Youre supposed to protect your children from harm, not inflict pain on them. And what about childrens services?? Why didnt they do their job? What do you guys think of this? What would you have done if you were the neighbors? Do you think that little boy would still be alive if someone wouldve just picked up the phone and called the police?
