Good question. First of all, to have a headache, everyday for the past two months and the doctor say that there is absolutely nothing wrong, I would go for a second opinion. I mean, I would want to know what the cause was. Yes I get headaches as well and often. Unfortunately mine have the tenancy to turn into vicious migraines that hurt like the dickens. I must always resort to taking 400 mg's of Ibprophen or I will be throwing up within an hour for sure. I have migraines because of my spine. Primarily my neck but also the pressures of life at times too. Not all of my headaches are due to my neck. In which case I try to get to a place of some solitude a.s.a.p. I find that a nice relaxing bubble bath helps, sometimes just a soft place to lay down with a cool cloth on my head. I find that doing manual traction on my neck helps wonders.

I think you may also try Yoga and mediation. I think it will help you to give relief to you in headache. As you say you have also consulted to a doctor. I think this is good. But you may also try to live happy. I know it is difficult but not impossible. I think you may try to live happy always and avoid many things whose give you headache.

I f i have a head ache, i tend to wait to see if it will pass, rather than taking any pills for it or trying anything to get rid of it.I have in the past taken pills that have made me really sick to get rid of the head ache, which made me feel alot worse. If the head ache gets soo bad then i will take pain killers.

Well since I'm a person who is allergic to painkillers, I only try to sleep it off. Headaches usually don't last for hours anyway, unless there's another illness going on and contributing to it.

Mostly, other people depends greatly on medicine. Taking analgesics for headache would do the job. But Headaches that are caused by stressful life or job, I think its best to lessen the things that could put you on stress, participate in yoga or do exercises, minimize the work load of your job and if you are spending most of your time on the computer maybe you could lessen that.

Excedrin and a hot shower usually does the trick.
