It is quite strange, an Arsene Wenger who has a hobby of collecting the young players now want a Mark Schwarzer which is an old player. But maybe he has a required by Arsenal. If viewed from the age of Mark Schwarzer may live 1-2 years longer in his career, but you never know when he'll retire. And I think he's not going to Arsenal and will spend his football career at Fulham.

Yes, but now many young keeper and has a lot of experience. Age a player can not gauge how his experiences, though still young but if you have the ability and experience that can make them mature in terms of the game so he better be selected by Wenger. And I think he's probably better to continue the hunt Marchetti rather than trying to recruit Schwarzer

Even if Hughes did not offer him a new option, I don't believe Wenger will attempt to sign him next season. Everyone know that Schwarzer is a stop-shop gap. Once Arsenal failed to get him this season, then it is unlikely he will be it the next.

i think arsene wenger again and again recognize that his team needs a good keeper..almunia is not enough , and always make a blunder and make arsenal loss points..but mark hughes know exactly that one of his power or strength in fulham is their goalkeeper.. mark schwarzer make fulham is not easily beaten..one of the world class goalkeepers in english premiere leaugue.. so wenger must to try again to seek another good goalkeeper
