I can't get access some web

i have the address of the web, i did it right. but i still can't access to it, what wrong? The internet says, 404 error..i tried it many times but still the same. I used other address and it turns out okey, but the address i want to view is not working. Its just pissing me off..why i can't view the website i want to view..

that means your dns provider have some problem so those sites cant relove their dns names.. you can use those sites ip address to open those site if you know.. otherwise you any proxy site to open those pages until you dns procider or your internet service provider fix the issue... use this site.. http://anonymouse.org/anonwww.html

Hey this is the problem with websites server. Because there is a problem with websites because any part of the websites are not working properly. So there is need of update to website. I think when websites will update then this problem can solve.
