Why people dizzy some time when they stand up?

Its because when you stand up quickly gravity pulls blood from your brain toward your feet. The blood will not return to your brain until your next heart beat. If you have a slow pulse then it may take a second or two for blood to return to your brain. During this time you are able to feel the lack of oxygen to your brain which results in you being dizzy.

I have heard of cases where people get dizzy very instantly. Those may be cases of high blood pressure or prblem in the ears. Blood pressure can get aggravated instantly if one eats or drink foods to which one is allergic too. One has to keep note of that and keep away from those types of food. Coconut, for instance, is one which can aggravate blood pressure.

i am like that. i was diagnosed with vertigo some time ago and so i know what you mean. if i look up or bend over to look down, then i really feel it.
