How does recycling on renting referrals work?

i'm just new on renting referrals, could you help me identify the use of them? thanks!

Usually the referrals are working for a month.If someone of them is not active you can recycling on duly price different for each site.When my rented referrals are not active for a 4-5 days i change them by recycling.That depends of you when you decide.

I don't like renting referrals at all because most of them are not active...Instead of renting referrals try to make direct referrals who really wants to earn money

well just like the post above, they will give you a new one. sometimes sites will give you a new one automatically if they havent been active in a defined number of days.
