Homer goes with Krusty the Clown to Oslo, Germany since he's the only one who laughs at all of Krusty's jokes.
Homer tags Bart along.
Lisa gets jealous of Bart and Maggie. Marj makes her feel better by having her spend a week at a performance arts school featuring the Glee kids.
