Can someone help me to convert an ISO file from DVD movie to mpeg or avi? I want to back up my DVD movies but it is taking too much space on my hard drive! Can someone tell me a step by step way to do it? I know you can't convert it straight from ISO to mpeg!

You surely need to extract the ISO file first to your hard drive. There are many free extractor to do the job. After extracting you can use Total video convertor to convert to the required format. The best ones are divx avi or Mpeg format. Total Video Converter is very easy to use. You just need to import the extracted file and then select the required format to convert and select a location to save the converted file. All the best...

Did you extract the contents of the ISO files in your hard disk already? In which formats are the files there?

Download the best universal converter on my opinion ever made: Format Factory - It as absolutely FREE and It is the most powerful and interesting soft from this kind I have ever used. It has multilingual menu and It's amazingly easily for use. I think It will help you. It can help you with every format you've ever used of media files ;)
