If you will buy something which will you buy first? a house and lot or a new CAR

If I will be buying something, I will buy a house and lot first because It really is a necessity right now to have your own house. A car is also a necessity in life. You can also just ride a passenger vehicle whenever you are going to work and just save up until you are able to buy now a car. Some people will choose to buy a car first then just rent in an apartment or just live with their parent until they are able to buy their own house because they have bought a car first.

I would prefer to buy a house first than a car. Coz where will I park my car if I don't have a house.. And besides I am very used to in commuting. For me having a car is not a need. I would rather buy what I need than what I want.

I would go for the car first because, I don't know where I would really want to have a permanent home. I've had this idea for a few years to get a blog or something together for income and then get a car and visit a lot of different places before settling down.

I'd go either way, but I'd say if I had the money to buy a house or a car outright, I'd maybe go for the car. Course, an hour later I would change my mind and decide I'd want the house. I just don't know. The house we're in right now is fine, and so are the cars, once they get their booboos fixed. I just don't know.
I know this doesn't really answer your question, but this is what I'm saying.

Hello Aaronfyzeon. My choise will be the house of course! I think i prefer knowing i have a stable roof on my head and continue going on bus then buying a new car, and be worryed if i have were to sleep. But i think it depends more on the personolity. Some people will prefer to buy a car, and ocasionally sleep in it :D
