should a dad take kids from the mom when she is a good one?

my good friend's ex is trying to take her kids from her even when she has done nothing wrong......

If she hasnt done anything wrong then he most likely wont get legal custody of them!

It depends on the situation!! Every one is different and it depends on the judge and what he/she feels is best for the children. Dad's don't do anything to lost their kids to the mom, so I'd say that anything is possible!!! I hate to think that just because she is a woman that she should automatically get the kids!
