Telemarketing/Sales - Does This Happen To You?

You make the call. You start talking, you get into a conversation, you overcome objections. All of that goes rather smooth. That should be the hard part. It's when they say yes, and now you have to access the sales form and ask additional question and confirm the spelling of names that I get nervous. Does this happen to anyone?

Yes, but not very often. Most cold calls prospect have concerns or rather excuses to escape the telemarketers persuasion. :)
