Surfing Sites: is it worth to join?

I've been joining a lot of surfing sites but so far I didn't received anything coz I didn't reached the minimum payout. I'm only a beginner in this world of money making but so far I found it more than hype and scam. As of now, I'm trying not to be serious to join or even upgrade my membership.
