I already finished my master's degree. I actually had/have no motivation to study. I just did it because it's something my parents always expected, and it's not like I have any real goals. I'm the cliche: all the years I spent growing up was just me waiting to take over my parents' business. It was easy for me to study; you could say I was just coasting through. I guess you could say my motivation was just to get it over with.

First off my parents expect a lot from me, I am an only child and therefore all their hopes and dreams are focused on me. I felt pressured and at the same time motivated because I know that others are also relying on me to do well in school. Also think about what lies ahead after school. You'll have a better chance on landing a good job if you do well on your studies.

Don't give up, you are almost there! I still have two and a half years left of college and I think I am burned out and ready to graduate already. I guess what motivates me to study is knowing that my mother and grandparents have high hopes for me and I don't want to disappoint them. Sometimes it is hard staring at a book all the time but I just keep telling myself that it's the best for me and it would make my family happy.

The fact that I have put so much work into everything so far, so I might as well finish is the best motivation. I mean, if I suddenly flake out at this stage in the game, then there are countless hours of my life down the toilet. I do not like wasting time for any reason. Therefore, I attempt to get done what I need to get done and know that the sooner I excel, the sooner I get done. Therefore, I figure out what I need to done. What areas that I am weak in. Then I endeavor to correct those weaknesses to the best of my abilities in an attempt to move forward in my attempts to get done. There are times where it is very easy to get motivated and then there are many other times where it is not quite as easy to get motivated. However, I tend to realize that any work I've accomplished will be wasted if I fall flat on my face.

As more as you study, easier you will find it to survive in this world we are living now full of information. For people who studied a lot it is easier to find a job (even if sometimes you have to accept one which is not included in your profession). Many poor people nowadays are in a misarable situation because they never had the possibility to study or not to finish their career, so they are not prepared for the world. Therefor the importance to study. But I keep on studying even as an adult person. I am already working, but I love studying to learn more and more, to have more chances at work, at home, in my life... Studying is like growing, you never stop growing in the meantime you are studying. And when you study, you use your brain which will help you once you get older to avoid desease like Alzheimer.... I had the luck to know a 95 years old lady who had a head like a young woman, she remembered everything and was able to talk with you about almost everything and she was very open minded able to learn from everyone who wanted to explain her anything.

If you're so close to graduation, focus on the prize ahead: just a few more months and you'll be done with it. This worked for me when I had an exam in a subject I hated: I kept saying to myself "I have to do this now, for a few days, but if I pass this exam, I won't have to deal with this awful teacher or his stupid subject for the rest of my life. If I fail, I have to do it all over again, and it's going to be much worse."

To get my degree and get a good job. That's why I'm involved right now and going for my Associate's. I will then see what happens and consider going for a higher level soon enough if I can get a promotion. I'm currently going for programming and I got one more year to go and I've reached the goal line. Also, it is to say that I gave it my all in everything and not quit at all.

well i love to study, i feel pride when i am ahead of others and know what others dont even have heard off. study is a dedication and devotion but it can became a real headache if you are not studying in which your interest does not reside. study what you want to, arts, drama, fiction, science anything but study according to me is must and above all a common sense. study does not implies high grades, a graduation but knowledge and try to gain as much as you can
