i m on bench in my company?really worried...

Hi preeti, Its your turn to react now to get your project. There will be bench managers/resource allocation group to point you to a particular project. You need to check with them daily and compromise as much as you can to get the project. 3 months is pretty long but only if you insists you can move into a good project. Never sit idle on the bench. If it is a MNC they will surely allocate a project as you might be recruited to a particular project which needs to get its final agreement or something like that.
