Interview question: About salary.

In this scenario, you are applying for a work then you will be asked by the interviewer a question. Here it is.
If I were to give you the salary that you expected then after a year I would let you write your job description, what would you write on it?

I would write the job description. no problem with that. companies who will get me should really give me the salary i am asking for, we can negotiate but definitely its not a problem for me to write job description. I have written jds before of my jd(supervisor), my manager's, and my subordinate's job description. so that would be easy.
