After spending a few days being a miserablle cow, i have decided to start a happy thread.
I am happy because
1) Central heating in our house works well
2. i have a small beautiful family
3. our freezer is massive and i can fill it with lots of goodies like ice cream, veggies etc
4. i have come this far
5. you are reading this post
6. i know He loves me
7. I have allowed myself to be happy
8. I can sing and sing because i am happy
9. The list can go on and on because i cant run out of things to be happy about
10. trying out for a new member of the family
11. Finally the dog got to pee on the bully
so my lotters, what are you happy about?

.i am happy because i'm alive for 18 years
.i can eat three times a day and i have other basic needs
.my parents send me to school
.i have my family
.i have my friends
.i can overcome the challenges He is giving me
.i have minor problems compared to others
.anytime soon i will be able to go to my mother in Canada
.i had a free make-over this afternoon
.i was able to answer the question of our prof earlier
.there are many other things that make us happy but we do not notice.we just have to be a positive thinker and we can see all the beauty of the world. if we are experiencing some trials, just P.U.S.H.

.i have attended a seminar and the speaker said that we should all be a positive thinker. we should look at the brighter side of the things that are happening to us and with that we can fell happy even through hard times. :D

wow, you seem to have fought through hard times in life with a positive mind. I usually try to do that sometimes but i guess what i normally need the most is someone who loves me to support me, that way i always have the guts to face all that life challenges me on.
ohhhh lala!! Free makeover.now that i want.i am sort of a dreamer and i have been dreaming of getting the Extreme Makeover and also watching lotsa Dr90210 has made me feel like i just want to have one of those makeovers. Then again its just a dream and i have to spring back to reality

I am happy because I chose be happy. I am happy because I am still alive now and God allowed me to live another day of my life. I am happy because I am with my loved ones. I am happy because I can still respond to interesting topics here. I am happy because of myLot for allowing me to share my ideas here.;)

Hello JErrian! I have so many reasons why to be happy, and i do not think i have space enought to write to you about all of them, so i will make a summary: i have a job, i have where to sleep and what to eat, i get to see my parents, spend time with my brothers, i have friend that i care fore, i have friends that care for me, i am allowed to dream, i am allowed to speack, i can see, hear and speack, i can learn, i can swim, i can be free, i can lie, i can hide, i can expresss myself, i can love, and i am loved, i sow the sunrise this morning, i cought the bus, and so and so on

IonaBI i am sure you are the happiest person around. Well i have tried lying but havent been able to getaway with it(not most of the time anyway), i think the best thing in life is just to love and be loved

there are many people in third world country have diffrent meaning of "Happy", the are happy if they can eat twice day...they happy if they can sleep tonight safely, they happy if their family in arms. I think Happiness isn't all about something good comes to us, but how much you give your happpiness with the others who don't have happines.

Personally i come from a third world country and i must agree with you that we have different definitions of happy but i think mostly for someone in a 3rd world country, its all about the basic needs
Food, Shelter, Clothing and it all sums up to MONEY
I think everyone agrees with me that is you have money, and a good family accompanied by good virtues then you will be in a good setting and be happy.And i think thats what most(majority) of us are looking for.
Right now i have a good, loving and supporting family and all thats left is for me to increase the money and be EXTRA happy :)

everyone is always happy when they see that big yellow M sign....i mean their adverts are always catchy and the food.let me not start with the food...its absolutely marvelously, delicioulsy, tastefully, scrumptuous

Hi,
I do believe everyone love to have a happy life and it sames
goes to me.
I do hope I feel happy everyday,but it seem impossible.
Life is up and down and when It was in down turn, for sure, I will
feel sad and unhappy.Never mind, as long as I stay strong and have
strong determination, I am able to climb out from sadness and back
to my happy life again.
I feel happy with my current life, I have a small family of 3 of us .
The most important is I have a lovely husband and cute son at my side always.
and also I have such a caring parents and siblings who always give me
a support and helps whenever I need it.

Nice to hear that you are happy. I think sometimes the day finally comes in our life when we feel happy. And now it's your day. I think now you may enjoy your life with your partner. I am happy because I'm still alive with my kids and wife. I'm alive because GOD gives me this gift. A gift of life that no one could make and take it back. We must be happy even if we encounter problems and difficulties in our journey here on earth. Remember, our lives are temporary in preparation to the next life which is eternal.

there are lots of reason to be happy.Im happy because Im still breathing.Im happy because Im still having faith and hope in life.it makes me happy for there are persons who are giving me reasons to live and be happy each day.Im a glee to know that I can be able to share, fail and be hurt for i know every human should undergo it.but the most important that makes me happy is i have the will to live for i konw there are people who are relying on me and i should not cease to be happy to go on living...

Wow nice!
I particularly liked the freezer part because i generally tend to eat most of the time myself also. I am also happy for a lot of things. I have the most and the best greatest friends on the planet. I just love all of them so much!
I am happy because my parents are always there for me no matter what happens. I just love them all the time and would always get scoldings purposely because that chance i won't get again though they are mostly all small scoldings anyways.

I am friendly, kind and patient with others
I have more energy and motivation
I have love life
Happiness is a butterfly which when pursued is just out of grasps.But if you will sit down quietly, it may light upon you..

I am happy because I'm surrounded by the people who love me and whom I love.I have reached the peak of hierarchy of needs pyramid because I'm contented with my life now, and soon will be happier LOL ^^ I don't say that I have much but just satisfied with what I have.
