When can i redeem my earnings in toneaday? / myLot

I have been paid twice by toneaday and currently $41 is accumulated in my account which i earned in the month of sept. I just want to know when can i redeem my earnings?

I have been waiting for my first level qualification e-mail from 12th Aug and yet didn't got it nither the money so I quit the program..toneaday is not paying to everyone and most of them are on hold and waiting for the approval of there first level qualification e-mail.
