Paypal discouraging me alot...

Paypal is available in my country but with only "Send" money facilities. Hence I cannot cashout from websites am currently earning for example Mylot, paidtoclick.in, triond and associated contenet. Last week when i wasnt ure about paypal, i cashout my $0.50 from paidtoclick and lost the money..
Now i forgot that i joined the site Linkstoxx(a very legit website) 2 weeks before and i was surprised to see the email they sent me saying they are paying me $0.05 earned within 2 weeks. I feel so sad that i got a genuine website to earn and they are paying me too but Paypal is creating obstacle here.
why??? :-(

this is something weird activity from paypal..you can send money using paypal but can't receive it ?...what country you from ?..as far I know paypal available countries can receive money however Country like India has restriction to send money into paypal account using Bank or Credit Card and the option is disabled by Paypal but India ppl can still receive money and withdrawal to bank account.
here is solution for you...get someone you know who lives outside your country and ask the person to sign up for paypal and you use that paypal account to receive money..once you collected enough cash..that person can make the withdrawal and send you money through western union or bank transfer...make sure you don't open that account using your computer as paypal will detect your IP region and might block your account.
other thing you can do ask someone you trust and can rely on to setup account for you and use that to receive money...later you guyz can exchange your earning to different processor or western union through currency exchange site.

Are you sure you are not able to receive money with paypal? Because I thought if you are allowed to send money using Paypal then you should be able to do receiving as well. Did you confirm your e-mail address with Paypal? And if it is true that you cannot received then I really feel sorry for you. You may try Alertpay if you want to since those site you are joined do offer payment through Alertpay payment processor :) Good luck!

paypal??????? i don't think paypal is an issue. paypal won't restrict the receiving facility in any case even if your account is limited. if the rules of you government restrict the use of electronic transaction then only paypal as to block.
as by your words its look like your govt approve for electronic transaction. here are the possible ways for not receiving your payment:
you have given wrong paypal id
the sites you have joined must have turned to scam.

sometimes, for payout to your PayPal account, you may need to have a PayPal VERIFIED account, this account is useful in most of the cases.
If you want to get a verified PayPal account, you better try to add a credit card in your account... or you can use an Entropay account for getting the same...!!

I which country do u stay? Usually the minimum withdrawal money is $10.
