PR1 to PR4 blog/website?

The biggest part of it is backlinks. You need to get people to link to your site, since it is the only way to rank really well. So ask all your friends (especially those with good page rank blogs or site) to link to you, maybe even do some link exchanges, and submit your blog to directories and do some blog commenting on blogs where you can leave your url as well. But don't do this too fast, because then it will not work, it will just look spammy instead!
