How can I block numbers on Metro PCS?

Hello fellow mylotters. I need to know how to block unwanted callers from calling my cell phone. I have Metro PCS, and my Samsung phone does not have the call block feature. Is there any way that I can block a number from calling or texting? I cannot block the callers from my phone, there is nothing on the Freeform that will allow me to block a particular person from calling me. I don't want to just put them on silent; I simply do not want to even see their name/phone number on my phone. I would like them totally blocked. Metro PCS does not block numbers. I called them yesterday. Are there any smart phones that metro pcs offers that do have a call block feature? Mine does not. Thank you!

I used to work for a call center that had Metro PCS as an affiliate called TelVista. Most of the time you have to contact Metro PCS through the toll free 800 number to either figure out whether your phone has that feature or to add it. I hope that this helps!

Thank you. I did call the 611 number but I was not aware of the toll-free 800 number. Guess I have to find it someplace. I really need to block these numbers from being able to call my phone. Thanks a bunch!
