If you're a seller, will u choose to be closer to your supplier or your customr?

Since it's not always possible to be close to both, you have to choose between the two especially those who are running a retailing business. Its really hard to balance the distance and cost because usually the supplier is located in a distant location or far from a dense market..

if I'm became seller, would prefer to get closer with my customers because suppliers will be looking for us, and even if we leave it, the supplier will still be looking for us. Meanwhile, if we leave the customer, we will be at risk of losing potential revenue
