If you are unfamiliar with the show "In Session"... let me take the time now to explain what it is. It is a show formerly known as Court TV news and it focuses on live trial coverage of actual court cases going on today and legal news. Here in Virginia.. it comes on the same network as Cartoon Network. I watch this show very often and find it to be very informative. Then, they have also created a Facebook fan page which allows you to comment on certain cases with others and share your opinions/ideals!! It's great!! I encourage you all at MyLot to check it out!!

No it is NOTHING like the court shows... that do strictly civil cases. This is ACTUAL footage inside of the court rooms that are convicting real life criminals and real life people who commit crimes!! You should check it out!!
