What do you think is the best way to earn from INTERNET??

There are so many websites where you can earn money from..It can be Paid to Click services, Online surveys, through Google adsense etc. There are of course many scam, legit and elite sites for the mentioned cases, what really is the best way to earn in your oppinion? To me, it depends on the target, financial budget and availability of the user who is going to earn! If the budget is less, it would be better choice to start earning from PTC sites, if he/she is with no knowledge of web-technology but with a little budget, surveys would be ideal, or if the person knows about web-technology and can have his/her website or can develop web-sites, Google adsense would be most efficient. COME ON, GIVE YOUR BEST SHOTS!!
