I have just read an article in Yahoo about the 6 signs that will tell you that you need a new job. Here is the link for the article: http://education.yahoo.net/articles/signs_you_need_a_new_job.htm?wid=1 Anyway, it really made me think because a lot of signs indicated in the article are kind of applicable to me but honestly, I am scared to make that career change because financially, the job I have now is pretty good but there are times when I am just watching the minutes waste away and wish that I could go home already. I am so confused on what to do.

Every job gets boring and watching the clock becomes a part of it. If you want to consider a career change weigh out the pros and cons first. Then start a search on your own. Just to see what else is out there. I would recommend not telling the people you work with or for that you are searching for a new career as this may be detrimental to your current employment status. Also I wouldn't take too much of the things said in that article to heart. While it may seem relevant and gets you thinking that those things apply to you. Think about the economy right now. think about the unemployment rates and just think about how many people that live around you are constantly looking for a better job. If boredom is the only thing that has you thinking of switchig careers I wouldn't. Hope this helps

Thank you for your response. I agree with some of the things that you have said especially about it being risky. How I wish I could just make a lot of money online so I could quit my day job. lol. Anyway, It is really scary with the economy being as it is. I am still confused on what to do though because I really feel unfulfilled with my current job.
