Lets keep the christmas stuff, for christmas time.

I absolutly love christmas, after all it is the happiest time of the year right =)
I love everything about it, the decorations, the weather, the presents, the gift wrapping, the sales, the tree, the ornaments, the food, especially the holiday spirit.
But if the decoration, the gift wrap, the ornaments, the lights, the gift sales start happening before Halloween is even here don't you think that takes away from the speciality of it all.
I thought Christmas season offically started the day after Thanksgiving, is that not the rule?
I haven't even figured out what I am doing for halloween and the stores already have me thinking about christmas time. Now I don't know about you but I would really like to keep christmas a one month thing not a three month thing. Stores are putting out decarations and today I saw a sale for christmas already. I'm not trying to be strooge or the grintch but I would really like christmas to be something to look foward to, not something that has been going on for three months and i'm not excited about it anymore. I would like to get through halloween and thanksgiving first.
Do you guys agree or do you think the decorations and commercials get you excited for it so soon.
Why do you think they keep making it earlier and earlier?

There are many christmas decorations already sold in the differnet malls in our country.
I haven't decorated my house yet with christmas ornaments.
I would not be spending on decorations this year as I have lots of it from last year.

Yeah here too, things have been put out.
We will probably buy some stuff, we always do. Its hard to resist buying a new cute decoration each year, even if it is something little.
But I won't be putting up any decorations until after thanksgiving. That's when christmas time starts for me.

Every year I think the same thing. This seriously is something that really irks me. Christmas decorations being out before Halloween and Thanksgiving are over is just to soon. Whats even worse then the stores decorating to early is when they start playing Christmas music in October lol. Then its still playing all the way through December. I want to hear the music in the stores in December but NOT in October!

Right! It makes it so unspecail. It just keep getting even earlier. Makes me wonder how early it will be next year.
