Have you had any heated argument with someone at forums?

Back in the day I had my share of arguments on forums. Sometimes I was in the wrong, sometimes the other guy was in the wrong, sometimes it was a bit of both. However, things can get really heated over the Internet. To levels that you would not believe. Trust me, there were times where moderators had to lay that ban hammer down on people, including me, unfortunately. It was a time ago, but still. I really don't see the point of getting into a heated discussion on the Internet anymore. Really in the end, there are no winners. Only losers and I can just imagine viewing some of these arguments as an outside participant. You either don't care, are annoyed that this is happening and roll your eyes or whatever. So yeah, I've had a heated argument, but I think that if there is something that happens, I take a step back. If the person wants to consider that a victory, then good for them. Its a morally devious one though.

Hello! I did not have any "hot" argument with someone on forums, i had in real life, and i can say that i do not feel ok untill i see the other accepting my point of view, or embracing my opinions :D I only put out for what i'm sure about and i know for sure that is right, so is a matter of principles for me when i have an argue with someone. otherwise, i sit quite and start researching :D
