Is Ro2.biz a scam?

Has anyone used Ro2.biz? I just received a link related to it stating that you get paid for chatting there. Has anyone used it? There is only one article on mylot which says that this is a scam site. I am confused.

The payment is instant with in 2-3 hours i gt paid twiw within 2hours f requesting payment.the admin is really serious.he Cares :)

I'am on RO2.biz.this site is really paying its members.even i got paid twice.but for the starters it becmes deficult to earn as the site is based on ranks. Starters ger 0.02c per line in that way it takes around 5000lines t get to min payout 1$.but after yur first 5000lines your rank gets improved to Veteran who an earn 0.04C per lines.which makes it better .. the after 10000lines you get to Elite Rank which pays 0.05c per line.as an elite member you an earn 1$ for 1$ fr 2000lines its easy now isn't it ? * If you buy an premium mebership then they pay 0.1c per line. *This site pays 100% refferal commision for premium as well as standard members which is a great part :) Definitely it is not a get rich scheme ... but if you an work hard you can earn a few dollars and invest them in any of other site of yur choice :D
