What are your top 3 war movies of all time

the war movies which are at top according to me are the enemy at the gates sparton 300 and the troy these are completely packed with true spirit of the soldiers and all of these are very entertaining

Well mine would be ... saving private ryan , enemy at the gates, and then there will be we were soldiers .... i have watched a lot of them but i cant quite enjoy them these days :)

My top three are 1. Gettysburg 2. Andersonville 3. North and South They are Civil war movies but as a kid I watched all kinds of movies with my dad watch lots of westerns and war movies and civil war ones love all kinds reminds me of my dad when I still watch them today with my dad.

I used to watch war movies all the time with my dad! When someone says 'war movie', that first thing that comes to my mind is always 'Tears of the Sun', because its one of my favorites. I also loved Saving Private Ryan because it is a great movie that tells so many stories. I'm not sure if it is considered as a war movie, but I also love Blood Diamond.
