How do you balance workload? / myLot

Everyone has workload at office. Some may relaxing at office and I normally manage my workload by designing a time chart of my own. This make me to balance my load though I have lot of complete. How about you?

I never take any works as headache. I always doing every works with cool minded. And it helps me to avoid work load on any places. I always working in a way and I always decided before that what I can done.
