Yes why not. Falling in love and getting into a relationship is not related to age difference. But if the guy already has a family then there will be lot of hurdles to cross for a girl. She needs to get to know his ex-wife's children/s. His parents and most important they should be comfortable in accepting you as their part of family. I know it will be difficult to please everyone.
