How do I get paypal in my country

Am new on making money online. I have an Alert Pay account. But the main problem is that, most of the sites require a paypal account which I dont have. Any time I try to register, it seems my country is not listed. Am in Ghana-west Africa. Could anyone help me on how to create an account with paypal? Thanks in advance

if you have created the alert pay then creating paypal account is similar to it. check whether you country is accepted by paypal or not. usually paypal have all country listed except few. go to their sign up page, you can find a sign up option at the top of the main page (paypal.com)

Yeah, there are only certain countries that paypal accepting. If your country is not listed, then you are impossible to register an account.
