Hi abhish, Perfection is a subjective term. Different people view perfection differently. I believe that if I am able to give my best and on the right time, I can say that this is perfect as per my standards. How you feel about this is upto you. You may be more talented, or expecting more from me and if you are then I might not meet upto your standards of perfection. Similarly, if you are expecting less or are less talented you might accept the delivery as a perfect one. Hope you get my point.

Hmmm, sort of confusing, but what I understand is that we are peculiar and we have different perception about this topic, am I right? Is that what you mean?

Hello, Frankly, a perfectionist mentality does more harm than good. There is no formal definition of perfection, so each one of us will have our own versions, our own concept of perfection, which is often just a comparison made in contrast with others whom we consider accomplished. As soon as we reach the desired level of perfection our standards change and we wish to be more perfect. Perfection, therefore doesn't possess an absolute meaning anymore. Now this hunger for perfection often ends up in an inferiority complex. A man often fails to take situations lightly and sportingly because it is perfection that he is opting for. Perfectionism almost always creates fissures in otherwise healthy relationship. But since it seems that you've already accepted the fact that nobody in this world is perfect, I think there will be no such problem. Like you said, nobody is perfect except God, or, in other words, nobody is perfect without God. Therefore everyone deserves to be forgiven. This optimistic mentality is the essence of wellbeing. Thanks. God bless you.

I personally strive to perfectly complete a task, and by that I mean to the best of my abilities. It may not be perfect but I gave it my all. I am certainly not perfect, although I believe I am a perfectionist and only by my actions. See some people take on task and just do them to complete them, I on the other when give a task will on take it on if I feel that I can be content with my best work forward. Again, I make many mistakes as I know I am not perfect, I just want to make sure that when I do take something on I give it my all. Any one who says they are perfect are oblivious as there is no such thing, I will be the first to admit my mistakes and try harder next time.
