The battle of the Marilyn Monroes

Two different movies are going to focus on portions of the famous blond bombshells life- "My Week With Marilyn" and "Blond". In "My Week with Marilyn," the actress they chose to portray the icon is Michelle Williams (from Broke Back Mountain, Dawson's Creek, etc.) Other than both of them being blond, I did not see any other similarities between the two. Then I saw a picture of Michelle Williams dressed like the icon and it wasn't bad. In "Blond" the actress is Naomi Watts. She is another I would have never chosen to play Marilyn Monroe. Then again, maybe they see something I don't.
