Yoyo Diet

I have doing exercises since I was in college, back the my routine was going to the gym 3 times a week, but then after I got a job, my regular exercise is iregular I have dumbbells in my house so in some days I do exercises, like push up, barbells curl and even sit up but sometimes I am tired at work I don't exercises like for a week then back to exercise again. Having a yoyo diet I think make me gain more weight than to lose weight.
