is it safe to use electronic cleaner NF

I want to clean my motherboard to get all the dust off of it and out of the fans and i have this misty aerotools electronics cleaner NF. on the can it says non conductive to over 20 KV. fast drying with no residue. removes dirt dust and light oils. safe use on plastics and it also says something about advanced HFC/HFE chemistry whatever that is. So is it safe to clean my computer with or not?
