I just signed up for Helium and they sent me the confirmation to get started in my email and I accidentally erased it does anyone know what I can do?

why don't you try to log in? I'm sure after logging in a message saying that you have to confirm your email first before logging in will appear and maybe there's a tab there saying resend email confirmation. If this won't succeed,try to contact helium.
