how do i reflash a netbook with android?

I have a small netbook with arm, and I have a copy of android for my netbook, and I was wondering how to flash it or run the distro on my small netbook through sd or activesync. It's running windows ce now and i want android on it. the ce package it has now is broken

it doesn't recognize my netbook as a bluetooth device, how would i do that?
