Some people are really fond of electric cars. Electric cars like Reva are really making a mark in town. Although Eco friendly some people also find it expensive adding the electricity bills. What do you think of electric cars and would you consider buying one.

If I could get a hub or something installed for free, I'd buy one for sure. I'd hook it up for a few solar panels and something and generate electricity that way.

Yes I would definitely buy one because it is really easy to drive and really light. I am also hate air pollution so I would really prefer electric car because it doesnt make the air polluted.

First of all electric cars are not environmentally friendly, the amount of energy used to manufacture them far outweighs any energy saving made during their short life expectancy all the best urban

I would definently buy a car like that, but after some years, after i`ll build my own house and after i`ll have a nice income each month , to add a windmill to make all the house to work with that power and then i`ll buy an electric car, and so, i`ll have a lot of services for free, even driving my own car will be almost free because i need to replace from time to time some parts from the car, no ?

Most of the current electric cars that can only be recharged from the mains via a special, expensive & inefficient charger (that actually damage the battery each re-charge, giving it a short usable service life!), do actually emit more CO2 & SO2 pollution than hybrid cars where coal powered electricity stations are in use! http://www.sierraclub.org/electric-vehicles/myths.aspx As per this link, recharging electric cars do not add to your electricity bill any more than a cent or two per quarter. Buying these types of electric cars is so very environmentally unfriendly, especially if more & more people stupidly bought them without knowing all the facts! I would not buy these over-priced wastes-of-money polluters, especially as I know a much better & cheaper & more environmentally friendly way is available here & now. For around the three thousand dollar mark, you can get an electric vehicle conversion on your old bomb & wire up a renaissance charger. This will charge your cheap, readily available batteries while the vehicle is running. It will recharge them to better-than-new condition each time, giving them an infinite service life & you never have to bother plugging them in & out of the mains each day to recharge them imperfectly each time. It will be essentially maintenance-free with unlimited range! No need to worry about recycling batteries & further environmental damage from dangerous, expensive lithium batteries.

Buying an electric vehicle is an optimal choice from different points of view, in fact these vehicles are silent, do not pollute, does not require regular maintenance and with about $ 3 of electricity can travel 100 km. Indeed we find on the market today not only electric cars but electric vehicles of all types such as those seen at this link
Best autonomy electric vehicles 100% made in Europe, with regenerative brakes and high load capacity.

I will definitely consider buying one. More for economical sense rather than the look. Imagine the amount of money one can save from the petrol bill. However, the minus and greatest deterrants, there isn't any place to recharge it.

I guess it'll depend on what country you live in, some countries charge a lot for electricity to the point that people depend on candles. While in some countries, they can splurge on their electric spendings. So... I guess it's all for the practicality. If it makes you save more then it'll be a good investment.

i think i would because they are good locking! and if you have "green energy" i would buy 1 ! but the toyota prius doesnt need any elecitricitie , its has 2 motors 1 makes energie with gas and the other uses the energie to drive , that seems to work well to so then your carr uses less gass so i would buy 1 !
