fruits: natural anti-depressants?

i've read this somewhere, cause the amino acid found in fruits helps the brain to produce serotonin, low levels of which have been linked to insomnia, anxiety, and depression. what can you say to this?

Fruits have the same components as we do! There's many components of fruits that we are learning about. Check out
