Gym is the place to make our body fit and strong,some of the peoples go to gym for reducing their weight but gym is also the place to improve our strength and stamina,Gym is not a easiest one for all if there is no perfect coach sure some side effects will cause,there is two types or practise is followed ie body building and weight lifting,body building is to improve our body stracture and shape but weight lifting is to improve the stamina and also the structure too,reply with some more ideas ,,,
