I don't know, but sometimes that is weird feeling coming from nowhere. You might feel the whole world is abandoning you, and you don't deserve anything. You just want to beat yourself down. That is how I felt sometimes.

Sometimes are emotions get a bit overwhelming and we do not know how to counter-react them. Try and take it a bit easy, as life is really tough. I have many days like this and it sure helps to talk to people about how we feel. Bottling up feelings make us feel very sad. I hope you feel better soon.

Who doesn't have a bad day? To me, you are not human if you don't have a bad day, and if you don't feel any kind of pain and emotions. Part of being a human being, is to think, to feel, to emote, and to have those days where you think that everything isn't the way you want it to be. Yesterday, I had a great morning, it was my afternoon that went down hill a little bit. In the morning, two of my classes were cancelled, so that gave me plenty of time to make up all of my course work. I also worked out things with my Spanish instructor. In the afternoon, a bird pooped on me. I am not kidding, a bird actually pooped on me. It was gross, so I had to go home (luckily, my house is five minutes away from my university), and change clothes. Then I had to get back to college. I went to my meeting first, and then I went to the store to pick up summer squash, only to find out that they didn't have any, so I went to the bookstore to get my mom her gift, and then I went to see my Spanish instructor for help on my studies. The bird pooping on me and the absences of summer squash almost made it a bad day, but in all it was normal. The two worst days of my life were when my brother passed away and then three years later out favorite cat passed away. Those horrible days.

Yes all the time.It is a 6th sense. I take it as a warning that something, usually small, will go wrong during the day.I know it is scary but take it as a warning.

I know that feeling also. It happens suddenly that I don't have a clue what to do about it. Well it is beneficial to relax for the feeling to slack a bit. Just think that it is only temporary and nothing to worry about. Today I counted 400 breaths which eliminated many ugly feelings that circulate at my head. I also lost my procrastination along the process. I thought it was just a gimmick but it worked. I end up sluggish and I just want to sleep instead of playing weird feelings on my mind.
