As the title asks, I am wondering, are you allowed to use adf.ly links in discussions and threads? In case you are wondering, an adf.ly link is a shortened link that directs to a URL, for example Google.com, with a short advertisement in between. If you make an account and create a link to a site, when you share it and people use it, you earn money. A typical adf.ly link would be this, which redirects to myLot.com: http://adf.ly/8yCb You don't need to click that, and I'm not just creating this discussion to get any from for the link. I am simply wondering if, apart from that link, you are allowed to post the adf.ly links, and other such sites' links on myLot. It could help people earn a bit more whenever they post interesting links in discussions, such as interesting videos or articles on the itnernet. I know that certain links you can not post here on myLot, but I am unclear on exactly which links you can and can not post. I think you cannot post referral links only, and that is what the profile page is for, but I am not sure, and adf.ly links may count as referral links, as they still earn the poster some money. If anyone can clear this up for me, that would be great :) Also, if any of you have not heard of adf.ly but are interested in making money with it, please look at my profile page and sign up under my referral link. If you do, I will send you a message and gladly help you to earn as much as you can, as I have many tips and good techniques for earning a good amount. Thank you :)

What a great question. Unfortunately, people still feel the need to use adf.ly links just to mask a referral link. You'd think that having a referral would be enough for them! I agree URL shortening services have become somewhat notorious online, as many people would prefer to see the link they are visiting. Just my opinion. :)
