anyone get grumpy after the nap every afternoon?

i get grumpy after i got an hour nap every afternoon but if i got a nap more than an hour i dnt get grumpy.i also notice these on my mother-in-law when she get up from takin'her nap she also get grumpy.i dont know what's cause of it and if there is a way to do with it?do you get grumpy too after taking a nap?

i think this means you are not getting enough sleep and want more for your nap. if you can't nap more than an hour in the afternoon then try going to bed earlier so you get more sleep at night.
